Marble Patio on the Mazatlán Beach
Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings On The Ocean
Your large patio wall is the beach sea wall. This is not just a view of the ocean. You are in the ocean. and occasionally a wave will spray you and the taste of salt is on your tongue. The beautiful beach wall becomes extra seating for spectacular sunsets and watching the waves roll onto the sand. Both master bedroom and living areas open directly onto the ocean patio. Walking into the front door gives one huge vistas of the Pacific Ocean at your feet. The house is filled with the sound of crashing waves and the ocean winds flow through the patio doors and out the garden doors. They are the only homes in this low complex that flows along the beach front to have private beach access. A private teak and copper door and about six steps take you directly down to the sand and the waves.
On mornings, you may catch the shrimp sellers as they walk by selling fresh shrimp off the shrimp boats, watch and bargain with the oyster divers on the shore and see the fisherman pull in huge catches of fish with only a safety pin as a lure. Perhaps you will want to throw in your own pole for an evening dinner or jog up the beach to the Witches Point for breakfast. No fish, buy the fresh shrimp or fresh fish from the seller yelling “Camarones!”. In the afternoons, lay on the chaise or the seawall for full sun, swim, shop, walk the beaches, find cabanas for margaritas. In the evening sit with your drinks and watch the beautiful sunsets and sometimes, if everything is just right, the waves turn to a luminescent turbulence. At night, fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
